Tube adaptor – are one of the components of the tube line. Using different types of tube fittings you can assemble a tube line of any length and complexity. A tube fitting allows you to point the tube in any direction, change the direction of a line and also connect tubes of different diameters.

Types of Tube Adaptors

  1. Fittings and adaptors with metric thread and 24° sealing cone, complying to DIN 2353/ISO 8434-1. Sealing is performed by a ring that's cut into the tube and a nut. 
  2. Fittings and adaptors with an inch thread and 37° (74°) sealing cone, according to SAE J514. Sealing is performed by tube flaring, an insert and a nut. 
  3. Fittings and adaptors with an inch thread and 60° sealing, according to DIN 3863. Sealing is performed by adaptors. 
  4. Fittings with an inch thread and 37° sealing, according to SAE J1453. Sealing is performed by tube flaring, an insert and a nut.
